Salted Caramel Pumpkin Seeds
Ingredients
Seeds from a pumpkin pie pumpkin
3/4 cup brown sugar
sea salt, to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Cut pumpkin pie pumpkin in half, remove the seeds and wash them.
3. Dry the pumpkin seeds on paper towels.
4.To make the caramel, put brown sugar into a small sauce pan and heat on high heat until it is all melted.
5. Spread pumpkin seeds onto a cookie sheet lined with tin foil.
6. Drizzle caramel on top of the pumpkin seeds.
7. top with sea salt.
8. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
