ronda rousey's breakfast Chia bowl
Ingredients:
2 tbs oat bran (dry measure)
2 tbs chia seeds
2 tbs hemp seeds
1/2 cup blueberries
4 chopped strawberries
1/4 cup raisons
1 tbs No-nut butter
1 tbs agave nectar
cinnamon (to taste)
Directions:
1. Boil water, then add bran, berries and raisons. Mix together after adding each tablespoon of bran or it will clump up.
2. Once boiled, turn off heat.
3. Add chia seeds, hemp seeds, cinnamon, no-nut butter and agave.
4. Mix it all together. If all of the ingredients haven't absorbed the water yet, give it some time and it will become an oatmeal consistency.
