roasted BRUSSELS sprouts
Ingredients:
Brussels Sprouts
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. Cut the brussels sprouts in half.
3. Add olive oil, salt and pepper to the brussels sprouts and mix in a bowl.
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then evenly spread brussles sprouts onto the baking sheet.
5. Put in oven for 15 minutes.
6. The brussles sprouts should be golden brown and soft. Let them cool for 5 minutes before transferring them to a plate or bowl.
