ready to go smoothies

Yield: 2 smoothie bags
Ingredients:
1 large kale leaf
4 strawberries
1 banana
1 kiwi
Directions:
1. Get two plastic sandwich bags and set them aside.
2. Using a knife, cut the tops off of the strawberries and cut the remainder into thin slices. Then add two cut strawberries into each bag.
3. Next, take your kale and de-rib it by puling the leaves apart from the stem. Then rip apart the kale further, and add half of the kale into each of the bags.
4. Take your banana and cut it in half, then slice into thinner pieces, then add half of the banana into each bag.
5. To peel the kiwi, cut off both ends, then using a spoon slot it inside and rotate the kiwi. Then cut it like all of the other fruit and add half of the kiwi to each bag.
6. As a final step, seal each of the bags and put it into the freezer. Now your smoothie kit is ready to go the next time you want a smoothie.
