polenta and sausage dinner
Ingredients:
Pre-cooked Ready to heat and serve polenta
Turkey sausage links
Tomato basil marinara sauce
Avocado oil
Directions:
1. Remove the polenta from it's plastic casing.
2. Cook sausage in a frying pan using avocado oil.
3. On a cutting board, slice the polenta into thin circles.
4. In another frying pan, heat avocado oil and fry polenta.
5. Flip the sausages so they cook on both sides.
6. Once the sausages are cooked, cut them into smaller pieces.
7. Ass the sliced sausages onto a pan and mix marinara sauce to the pan.
8. As a final step, serve the polenta dish by placing two polenta slices onto a plate and topping them with the sausage and marinara mix.
