2 slices whole wheat bread, cut into 8 squares
1 ounce cream
cheese
1 package of smoked salmon
8 small sprigs of fresh dill, for garnish
Directions:
Cut each slice of bread into four squares. Spread cream cheese onto each piece of bread. Cut smoked salmon
into small pieces to top bread. Garnish each smoked salmon appetizer with a sprig of dill.
