Morning oatmeal Muffins
Total time: 40 minutes
Yield: 12 muffins
Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen raspberries(thawed)
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 banana
1 egg white
1 tbs. olive oil
1/2 cup skim milk
1.5 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup oats
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Mix all ingredients together.
3. Spoon muffin mix into muffin tin and place into oven.
4. Bake for 30 minutes or until the muffins are golden brown.
