Total Time: 10 minutes
Yield: 16 oz smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1/2 cup ice
2 cups kale, shredded and de-ribbed
1 orange
2 kiwis
Directions:
1. De-rib kale
2. Take a spoon and scoop out kiwi
3. Peel orange and cut each slice in half
4. Add water, ice, and fruit into a blender and pulse a couple of times.
5. Next add the kale and blend it on low until it is all blended together.
