chicken dinner
Ingredients:
2 frozen chicken breasts
Ronzoni gluten free pasta
1/2 cup kale
1 large carrot chopped
1 tbs. olive oil
1 tbs. coconut oil
Kinder's Mild BBQ sauce to taste
Directions:
1. Defrost the two chicken breasts.
2. Wash and cut carrot.
3. Add pasta and water to a saucepan and simmer for 10 min.
4. Add olive oil to a pan and cook the chicken breasts.
5. Cook carrots in coconut oil for 5 min in a saucepan, then add the kale.
6. Drain pasta, then add olive oil to the bottom of the saucepan to prevent sticking.
7. As a last step, add Kinder's BBQ sauce to the chicken and assemble everything onto a plate and enjoy!
