breakfast burrito
Ingredients:
1 Mission gluten free tortilla
3 pieces honey ham lunchmeat, sliced
2 eggs
1 tbs, olive oil
4 Alexia BBQ sweet potato fries
1/4 avocado, sliced
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 F. While the oven is heating up, lay out fries onto a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
2.In a medium sized pan, heat olive oil, then scramble the 2 eggs.
3. On a cutting board, slice lunchmeat and avocado.
4. Heat tortilla in the microwave for 10 seconds.
5. Layer all of the ingredients, then fold the burrito.
